Interior Design
We offer interior design services to commercial areas such as Hotels, Healthcare, Workplaces, Education and Public buildings. This ranges from sketch designs to full implementation and project management. We have 27 years experience in this area with national and international awards for innovative interiors. Most recent projects include Liss Ard Estate Hotel and Rochestown Park Hotel.

Deep Retrofit-Low energy design
We specialise in deep retrofit creating only NZEB or A rated projects with existing buildings. We only take on projects where the target performance is A1-Rated. We have Passive House qualifications and a PhD in Zero energy retrofit and also write for Passive House Magazine.

Architecture
We are Registered Architects and Designers and from time to time take on new builds but most of our work is with existing buildings. We are Grade 3 Conservation architects with a specialism in zero energy.

PSDP, Conservation and Urban Design
We offer Project supervisor Design stage with our own projects. Deborah is a Grade 3 conservation Architect and has a Masters in Urban Design.
